QUESTIONS

How do I sign up for classes?

First. Make sure you have purchased classes. You may have to create an account but it’s fast and easy!

Then, click the "Get in a Class" button in the top right to register on our class schedule page.

Done. Now let’s get after it!

What does it mean when a class is marked “waitlist only?”

It means the class is at full capacity, but if you get on the waitlist and there’s a cancellation, you will be noticed via text and/or e-mail that you made it into the class.

Do you have lockers?

Yes! You can store your stuff in our lockers and even charge your phone in them!

Do you offer spin shoe rental?

Yes! Spin shoe rentals are $2.

You can wear your sneakers to ride if you prefer. We also sell TIEM cycle shoes and SPD clips in-studio.

Where can I park?

There is free lot parking in the back of the building and free street parking in the front

How will I know if classes are canceled?

We will do our best to notify you via text or email in the event that we must cancel a class, but you can also check our Instagram account if there is a weather concern.

Do you offer group/private classes?

We love hosting private classes and being involved in your special day. Please email 21rockit@gmail.com to setup!

What is your return policy?

Please note there are no refunds on class packages and unlimited memberships.

What is the class cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 8 hours before class without being charged a late cancellation fee ($9) or loss of a credit. Reach out to us if you’re running late for a class and we will hold your spot.
