Please call or text us if you're running behind for a class 716-828-5177. There will be NO ENTRY into the class after 5 minutes to ensure that you and all class participants are getting the best experience possible.
If there is a waitlist for the class and you do not notify us that you're running behind, any person on the waitlist will be let in at the start of class and you will no longer have your spot in class.

It means the class is at full capacity, but if you get on the waitlist and there’s a cancellation, you will be noticed via text and/or e-mail that you made it into the class.

Yes! You can store your stuff in our lockers and even charge your phone in them!

ALL CLASSES REQUIRE A YOGA MAT EXCEPT RIDE40. You can either bring your own or rent from us for $3.

CYCLE CLASSES: We have cycling shoe rentals for $2.00, but you can wear your sneakers to ride if you prefer. We also sell TIEM cycle shoes and SPD clips in-studio.

We sell bottled water $2 & energy drinks $3 and have towels you can use at no cost.

There is free lot parking in the back of the building and free street parking in the front on Bridge Street

We will do our best to notify you via email in the event that we must cancel a class, but you can also check our Instagram account if there is a weather concern @rockitcycleandfitness

Please note there are no refunds on class packages and unlimited memberships.

You can cancel up to 8 hours before class time without being charged a late cancellation fee. Unlimited memberships are charged $15 if they late cancel and a $19 fee for no-shows. Pass holders lose a credit. We lock the door 5 minutes after the start of class.
