Class Descriptions:

Heated Classes (80-85 degrees)

Hot Pilates Fusion- This class blends the elements of Pilates (however this is NOT a traditional mat Pilates class) barre and sculpt. You'll have your own station the entire class with light dumbbells, a resistance band/ Pilates ball/ block (determined by instructor), and your yoga mat. The class offers a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and sculpt the body, as well as challenge and strengthen the cardiovascular system. The class will include a music video playlist.

Hot Sculpt40 (bootcamp) 40-minute sweaty bootcamp to work your total body. You'll have your own station the entire class with dumbbells, a resistance band, and your yoga mat.  Be prepared for cardio, strength training, and bodyweight exercises. No music videos for this class.

Heated Power Yoga45- An energetic, 45-minute flow that emphasizes the joy of movement. Explore unique transitions and creative sequences that incorporate the opportunity for challenges, strength building postures, and building flexibility. Although this class is challenging, options for modifications will always be given, making this fun class suitable for all students.

Hot YOGA Sculpt- 45-minute blend of power yoga & weight training where you'll have your own station with a yoga mat and light dumbbells. There are no music videos for this class.

Hot Yogalates- 45-minute hybrid class that includes elements of Hot Pilates Fusion and heated power yoga. Expect to use a resistance band, a Pilates ball, and lightweight dumbbells. There are no music videos for this class.

Heated Build-A-Booty - A 30-minute weightlifting and bodyweight class where you'll have your own station the entire class with dumbbells, a resistance band, and your yoga mat. You will focus on glutes, hips, hamstrings, and thighs. Low impact....no jumping.

Heated Abs + Obliques 30-  A 30-minute weightlifting and bodyweight class that focuses on abs, core, and obliques. You'll have your own station the entire class with dumbbells and your yoga mat. 

Heated Restorative Yoga- 50-minute reset. A gentle, restorative yoga class to unwind from the week and start the new one feeling grounded and refreshed. We’ll slow things down with calming stretches and supportive poses that help release tension and quiet the mind.

Unheated Classes

ARMS, ABS, AND ASS (AAA)- 40-minute weightlifting and bodyweight class that focuses on upper body, glutes, and ab work. You'll have your own station the entire class with dumbbells, a resistance band, and your yoga mat. Get ready to feel the burn in your biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, glutes, and core in this session! 

Total Body Lift (TBL)- A fast paced, 40-minute weightlifting and bodyweight class that focuses on your whole body, while moving to the beat of the music. This class syncs strength training with the rhythm of the music. You'll have your own station the entire class with dumbbells, a resistance band, and your yoga mat. 

Ride40-40-minute high-energy ride on our Stages SC3 bikes! This ride mixes it up with seated hills, hills, sprints, jumps, and choreography (pushups, tap backs,). Designed to build strength, burn calories, increase endurance, and tone muscles. Expect a music video playlist  and heart-pumping beats! Our rides include 1 arm track with light dumbbells.
